These terms apply to purchases from iowindows.com.
Orders
Checkout on this site creates an order request. A binding order forms — and payment is collected — only after we confirm specifications, pricing, freight and lead time with you (“order confirmation”).
Custom goods
All windows are made to order to your confirmed specifications and are not returnable except as described in Made-to-Order & Returns.
Pricing
Configurator prices are for the windows only, exclusive of freight, tax and installation, and may be corrected at order confirmation in the event of an obvious error.
Warranty
Windows carry the manufacturer’s (Vytex) lifetime limited warranty. iowindows.com makes no additional warranty.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected goods. We are not responsible for installation costs or consequential damages.
