Before production
Nothing is charged and nothing is built until a specialist confirms your order with you. Up to that point you can change or cancel anything, free.
After production
- Manufacturing defects are covered by the Vytex lifetime limited warranty — we coordinate the fix or replacement.
- Shipping damage reported within 48 hours of delivery is replaced at no cost.
- Mis-measurement: if the confirmed size was wrong, we’ll work with you on a discounted remake — talk to us, we’re reasonable people.
