1. Configure your windows online
Use the window designer to pick your style (double-hung, slider, casement, awning, hopper or picture), choose a Vytex series, and enter your measurements to the 1/8″. Then pick your glass package, colors, grids and screen. Your price updates live as you build — no email address, phone call or sales visit required.
1b. Installation? Optional. (It’s the “io” in iowindows.)
Every window can be ordered supply-only for you or your contractor to install — or add professional installation right in the configurator and see the installed price per window instantly. Pro installs include standard exterior capping, haul-away of the old window, and a professional field measure appointment before production.
2. Place your order — nothing is charged today
Add each window to your cart (a whole-house order is just multiple configured windows) and check out. Because every window is custom-made, we treat your checkout as a confirmed order request: you will not be charged at checkout.
3. We review your order
A window specialist reviews every order and contacts you within one business day to confirm your options, totals and delivery details. If something looks off — a size that doesn’t match a standard opening, a missing tempered-glass requirement near a door — we’ll flag it with you.
A note on measurements: on supply-only orders, your windows are built to the exact sizes you enter, so accurate measuring is your responsibility (our guide makes it easy — and a mis-measured window usually prices about the same, it just may not fit). If you chose professional installation, we send someone to double-check your measurements before production — that’s included.
4. Payment & production
Once you confirm, we collect payment and release your order to the Vytex factory. Typical production time is 3–5 weeks.
5. Delivery
Your windows arrive custom-built, labeled per opening, and ready to install. Install them yourself with our guides or hand them straight to your contractor.
