When am I charged?
Never at checkout. A specialist confirms your measurements and options with you first — payment is collected only when you give the go-ahead and the order releases to production.
What if I measured wrong?
We review every order and confirm sizes with you before production, which catches nearly all measurement problems. Follow the measuring guide and you’ll be fine.
How long until my windows arrive?
Typical production is 3–5 weeks from order confirmation, plus transit. Made-to-order means made for your opening — nothing sits in a warehouse.
Do you install?
We supply the windows. Replacement inserts are a popular DIY project, and any window contractor or handyman can install them. Contractors: ask us about volume pricing.
Can I return a custom window?
Custom-made windows can’t be restocked, so they aren’t returnable except for manufacturing defects or shipping damage — both fully covered. See made-to-order & returns.
Do you charge sales tax and shipping?
Freight and any applicable tax are confirmed with your order review — before you pay anything.
