What if I measured wrong?
As a DIY window supplier, the customer is responsible for providing all final window measurements and product selections. Before any order is placed into production, we conduct a detailed order review with you to confirm every measurement, window style, configuration, glass package, color, and other options. This review helps identify and correct nearly all measurement or ordering issues before your windows are manufactured.
Because every window is custom made to your approved specifications, once you have confirmed your measurements and order details, IO Windows is not responsible for errors in customer-provided measurements or approved options.
If you’d rather not take on that risk, we also offer optional professional measuring and installation by Vytex Factory Certified Installers — ask for an installation quote alongside your window pricing.
How long until my windows arrive?
Typical production is 3–5 weeks from order confirmation, plus transit. Made-to-order means made for your opening — nothing sits in a warehouse.
Do you install the windows you sell?
