Production
Every window is custom-manufactured after your order is confirmed. Typical production time is 3–5 weeks; we give you a specific estimate at order confirmation.
Delivery
Orders ship LTL freight, curbside delivery, in factory packaging with each window labeled for its opening. Freight cost depends on distance and order size and is quoted and confirmed with your order review — before you pay anything.
When your delivery arrives
- Inspect every window before signing the delivery receipt.
- Note any damage on the receipt and photograph it — this is what makes a freight claim painless.
- Report damage to us within 48 hours and we’ll make it right.
