Every window we sell is manufactured to your exact size and options — it can’t go back on a shelf. Here’s how we keep that from ever being a problem:
Before production
Nothing is charged and nothing is built until a specialist confirms your order with you. Up to that point you can change or cancel anything, free.
After production
- Manufacturing defects are covered by the Vytex lifetime limited warranty — we coordinate the fix or replacement.
- Shipping damage reported within 48 hours of delivery is replaced at no cost.
- Mis-measurement: on supply-only orders, measuring is your responsibility — but if a self-measured size was wrong, we’ll work with you on a discounted remake. Talk to us, we’re reasonable people. (Orders with professional installation are field-measured by us, so a sizing error there is on us.)
